UK Mainland
All items ordered are sent by 2nd Class up to 750g, 1st Class Recorded Signed-for over 750g. Please be aware, however, that some items may need to be made before being posted. For this reason we ask that you allow seven days for the arrival of your order.

There is also a handling charge of £0 per order.
International Orders
At present we are not able to accept overseas orders.
Returns
We hope you love everything you buy from the Pot Stop shop. But if you decide to return, you may return items purchased for a full refund or exchange within 30 days.
All return inquries must be made within 15 days of receiving the package.
Simply email us and we'll supply you with our returns address.
